Do you offer a military discount?
Yes, we offer a discounted membership for military, first responders, students, and additional family members.
What previous experience do I need to begin?
No experience is required! Through our effective coaching and Foundations program, you will learn proper technique and safety for the fundamental movements. Our coaches are skilled in tailoring the workout to your level of ability. Everyone is welcome!
Do you offer gym tours?
Yes. Gym tours are available Monday-Friday by appointment only.

How do I get there?
We are located at 2409 Princeton Dr NE, Albuquerque, NM 87107 with easy and convenient access to I-25 and I-40. The entrance and parking for first time guests are on the east side of the building.
Do you have showers?
Yes. We have 3 restrooms and 4 full showers where you can get ready after your workout.

Where is the best place to park?
Parking for first time guests is on the east side of the building with additional parking in the back. We share the back parking lot with neighboring businesses.
