Dropped in cuz I’m traveling for work. Stoked to find this place! Friendly folks, clean, nice equipment The coach was encouraging and helped out when needed. I liked the warm up they were doing, a bit more “warming” but the stretching was more self-guided. Enjoyed the WOD, and will definitely be back when I’m in ABQ.

ANOTHER GREAT WOD WITH GREAT PEOPLE! I Have been here a couple of times and it never disappoints me. I love how they rally around you, whether they know you were not, and push you to be your best and do your best. Thank you 6 AM class I always enjoyed being there. I will continue to come back.

CrossFit Zephyr, love this place the coaches the people the atmosphere. Even if you are traveling through town come on in and enjoy a great class with some great people. Very motivating and supportive from the coaches to the other members. Changing my life every day!
